Rolex internship in Bienne, Switzerland: Movement Assembly Cleanroom Intern supporting cleanliness control and contamination analysis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed analysis of current cleanliness levels and existing processes related to cleanliness control
- Determine particle contamination rates present in movements during assembly operations
- Identify primary sources of contamination within the assembly environment
- Propose improvements and corrective actions to achieve targeted cleanliness objectives
- Draft a comprehensive final report documenting findings and recommendations
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completing a Bachelor's degree in Microtechnics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Systems, or equivalent discipline
- Analytical capabilities and strong synthetic reasoning skills
- Meticulous, methodical, and detail-oriented approach
- Self-directed and proactive with strong teamwork abilities
Skills
Experience
Practical experience or coursework in cleanroom environments, manufacturing processes, or quality control preferred; hands-on experience in mechanical assembly or precision manufacturing is a strong asset.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Microtechnics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Systems, or equivalent discipline (currently enrolled or recent graduate)
