Role & Responsibilities

• Design technical solutions within complex IT environments by applying best practices, providing developer support, and delivering tools to create stable, resilient, and performant platforms
• Actively participate in the creation of web and mobile solutions with a focus on front-end development and user experience enhancement
• Define application architecture for mobile applications, including clean architecture patterns, state management, and offline-first capabilities
• Guarantee quality standards by enforcing mobile best practices including TDD, unit testing, golden tests, E2E testing, and code review protocols
• Provide continuous coaching and training to development team members on best practices, emerging technologies, and tooling
• Organize and coordinate developer workflow to ensure logical task sequencing and efficient delivery
• Maintain technical coordination across teams working on various solutions
• Stay current with emerging methodologies and technologies, particularly agentic development approaches, to identify competitive advantages
• Monitor application performance and ensure optimal system reliability

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in computer science or engineering from a recognized institution (EPF or HES equivalent)
• Proven expertise in mobile and web application development and management
• Mastery of Flutter framework for mobile development
• Strong command of programming languages including Kotlin, Swift, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Proficiency with web frameworks and libraries such as Java, Spring, SpringBoot, Vue.js, and React
• Knowledge of Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) and Perfecto testing frameworks
• Expertise in designing scalable and performant architectures
• Deep understanding of security protocols including HTTPS, OAuth, and OWASP best practices
• Proven ability to inspire, guide, and motivate teams toward shared objectives
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and proactive problem-solving

Skills

Experience

Confirmed and diversified experience in mobile and web application development and management, with demonstrated technical leadership in complex environments.

Education

Advanced degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent discipline from a recognized institution (EPF or HES level).
