Role & Responsibilities
- Assemble, adjust and finish micro-mechanical components and watch movements to exacting tolerances using hand tools and small machine tools.
- Operate and maintain precision equipment such as lathes, CNC micro-mills, stereomicroscopes and metrology instruments to produce and inspect parts.
- Perform functional testing, quality control inspections and final adjustments to ensure components meet technical drawings and internal standards.
- Interpret technical drawings and work instructions; document production data and maintain traceability of components.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality and R&D teams to resolve production issues, implement corrective actions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to clean-room discipline, safety rules and company quality management procedures.
Qualifications
- Vocational qualification in micromechanics, watchmaking/horology or an equivalent technical diploma.
- Demonstrable manual dexterity, fine motor control and keen visual acuity under a stereomicroscope.
- Proven ability to read and apply technical drawings and tolerancing specifications.
- Strong commitment to precision, cleanliness and quality standards in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Several years (typically 2–5 years) of hands-on experience in precision micromechanics or horological assembly within a high-precision manufacturing or watchmaking environment.
