Rolex — Geneva: Media Reporting Intern (Stage) supporting media reporting, monitoring and administrative activities for the communications team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the media team with weekly and monthly reporting: compile, validate and visualise quantitative media coverage and performance metrics.
- Maintain and update media monitoring databases and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and consistent metadata tagging.
- Prepare presentation-ready slide decks and summaries for internal stakeholders and external agencies.
- Coordinate administrative tasks related to media operations including file archiving, asset requests, invoice tracking and agency liaison.
- Assist with campaign tracking and post-campaign analysis, consolidating KPI reporting and highlighting trends or anomalies.
- Contribute to ad hoc research projects, competitive press scans and the preparation of briefing materials for press events.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s programme in communications, marketing, journalism, media studies or a related discipline.
- Strong numerical literacy and demonstrated ability to handle datasets; meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce clear executive summaries and slide presentations.
- Organised, proactive and able to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
- Prior internship or coursework involving media monitoring, PR, reporting or marketing analytics is advantageous.

Entry-level; internships or short-term project experience in media monitoring, public relations, communications or marketing analytics are desirable but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate programme (communications, marketing, journalism, media studies or equivalent).
