Role & Responsibilities

  • Support media reporting and data analysis activities, producing accurate summaries for stakeholders
  • Enter and maintain media planning data within the media planning system
  • Participate in coordination of media projects, liaising with internal teams and external partner agencies
  • Assist in preparation and design of briefs, presentations and key materials, including content formatting
  • Perform assorted administrative duties to ensure smooth operation of the media team

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's programme (Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communications or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of media principles and media planning workflows
  • Proven ability in data consolidation and accurate data entry
