Role & Responsibilities
- Support media reporting and data analysis activities, producing accurate summaries for stakeholders
- Enter and maintain media planning data within the media planning system
- Participate in coordination of media projects, liaising with internal teams and external partner agencies
- Assist in preparation and design of briefs, presentations and key materials, including content formatting
- Perform assorted administrative duties to ensure smooth operation of the media team
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's programme (Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communications or equivalent)
- Knowledge of media principles and media planning workflows
- Proven ability in data consolidation and accurate data entry
- Analytical mindset with capacity for synthesis and clear reporting
- Dynamic, flexible, autonomous and rigorous with a proactive attitude
Skills
Experience
Ideal candidate is currently completing a Bachelor's degree and may have prior academic or internship experience in media, marketing or communications; previous exposure to media planning or reporting is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
