Role & Responsibilities
- Support the coordination and execution of media campaigns across print, digital and broadcast channels, ensuring timely delivery against project plans.
- Liaise with external media agencies, production partners and internal stakeholders to track milestones, budgets and approvals.
- Collect, aggregate and analyse media performance data (reach, impressions, engagement, share of voice), producing succinct weekly and monthly reports.
- Contribute to media planning and optimisation by identifying trends, opportunities and underperforming placements.
- Maintain media schedules, asset libraries and documentation; ensure accurate tagging and tracking for campaign measurement.
- Assist with ad trafficking, invoice reconciliation and basic budget monitoring as required.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's programme in communications, marketing, media studies, business or a related discipline.
- Demonstrable analytical aptitude with experience in quantitative reporting (class projects, internships or coursework).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and stakeholder expectations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with digital analytics tools preferred.
- Professional proficiency in French and strong working knowledge of English (oral and written) is preferred.
- Discretion, attention to detail and a commitment to high standards befitting a luxury maison.
