Rolex seeks a Materials Recycling Intern in Geneva to research cutting tool material reuse and reintegration in this sustainability-focused internship.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyse the current cutting tool recycling solution and identify potential improvements
  • Study the properties and characteristics of recycled material for potential reuse in production
  • Develop and propose supplementary solutions for integrating recycled material into tool manufacturing
  • Provide procurement support to buyers on project tracking and implementation
  • Conduct site visits across company facilities to monitor project progress and gather technical data

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's programme in Materials Science, Microtechnology, Mechanical Engineering, Economics, or Environmental Science (or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of materials science and recycling processes (desirable)
  • Capacity to conduct structured analysis and formulate concrete recommendations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

Experience
