Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement preventive quality assurance strategies within the casting and finishing domain.
  • Lead risk analysis initiatives and manage risk mitigation plans.
  • Qualify new products and processes.
  • Participate in cross-functional continuous improvement projects.
  • Provide methodological support on quality tools and processes.
  • Collaborate with internal and external suppliers.
  • Ensure effective communication with all quality stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree with a focus on quality or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams.

Skills

Proficiency in preventive and corrective quality management tools (risk analysis, FMEA, QRQC, 8D, SPC, audit). Knowledge in materials, foundry, rolling, and durability is an advantage. Fluency in oral English; proficiency in German or Italian is a plus. Strong analytical and synthesis skills. Adaptability and teamwork. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Leadership in group facilitation.

Experience

Confirmed experience in leading cross-functional teams and quality management.

Education

Engineering degree with a focus on quality or equivalent.
