Rolex is hiring a Master Data Business Analyst in Geneva, Switzerland. Lead MDM, ensure data governance and support ERP/PIM processes.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain product, material and supplier master data across ERP and ancillary systems to ensure completeness, accuracy and consistency.
  • Define, document and enforce master data standards, data models and governance policies in collaboration with IT, supply chain, product and commercial teams.
  • Drive data quality initiatives: identify anomalies, perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions to reduce data errors and rework.
  • Support Master Data Management (MDM) implementations and system migrations by translating business requirements into functional specifications and test plans.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, controls and KPIs to monitor master data health and report progress to stakeholders and governance bodies.
  • Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders to align data structures across product lifecycle processes, PLM/PIM and downstream systems.
  • Prepare and maintain process documentation, data dictionaries and training materials; champion best practices and user adoption.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, data management or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in master data, MDM or ERP business analysis (typically 3+ years) within manufacturing, luxury goods or complex B2B environments.
  • Strong understanding of data governance principles, data modelling and master data lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in stakeholder management, process mapping and translating business needs into technical requirements.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to present complex data issues to non-technical audiences.
