Rolex seeks motivated apprentices to pursue a comprehensive vocational training programme as production mechanics, working with both conventional machinery and CNC-controlled systems to manufacture movement and component parts. Apprentices will develop proficiency in reading technical drawings, preparing tools and materials, and performing precision machining work while ensuring rigorous quality standards. Role & Responsibilities
- Fabricate watchmovement and assembly components using conventional and CNC-controlled machinery
- Read and interpret technical drawings to guide machining operations
- Prepare tools, fixtures, and materials for precision parts production
- Set up and calibrate machinery to exact specifications
- Monitor and control machine operations to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Perform quality control inspections on all produced components
- Maintain detailed production records and documentation
