Role & Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain assembly line methods documentation and procedures
  • Define assembly processes to achieve production objectives and performance targets
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives for product flows during production lifecycle
  • Establish and update assembly routing data within the information system
  • Identify and specify tooling and packaging requirements for assembly operations
  • Define technical documentation requirements and support their implementation
  • Conduct and validate operational time studies for assembly routings
  • Participate in industrialization of new products by proposing assembly strategies
  • Lead and coordinate projects within the manufacturing division

Qualifications

  • Technical diploma in manufacturing methods or Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering
  • Proficiency with lean manufacturing methodologies and process optimization tools
  • Demonstrated experience with Value Stream Mapping, Takt Time analysis, and time study techniques
  • Experience with operational indicator analysis and process improvement metrics
  • Proficiency with standard business software and SAP (preferred)
  • Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
  • Proactive and autonomous work approach
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
