Rolex seeks a Maintenance Technician in Geneva to manage equipment maintenance, diagnostics, and reliability improvements for manufacturing operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute corrective maintenance of equipment through comprehensive root cause analysis and diagnostic methodology
- Implement preventative maintenance schedules and protocols
- Propose equipment reliability improvements and participate in modification projects
- Apply standardized diagnostic methodologies in accordance with operational protocols
- Contribute to equipment acquisition and integration projects
- Provide technical knowledge transfer and mentoring to colleagues
- Collaborate with internal Rolex departments and external suppliers on multidisciplinary initiatives
