Role & Responsibilities
- Independently execute corrective and preventive maintenance actions to minimize equipment downtime.
- Strictly adhere to established processes, including ERP tracking and cross-departmental collaboration.
- Identify and propose improvement opportunities, ensuring their operational deployment.
- Share intervention feedback, recommendations, and best practices within the team to foster collaboration.
- Provide technical support to production teams.
- Maintain trustworthy and high-quality relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
Qualifications
- Possession of a CFC as a mechanic-electrician or automation technician.
- Extensive experience in industrial maintenance, particularly in the electroplating sector.
- Proficiency in electricity and electrochemistry.
- In-depth knowledge of environmental safety standards specific to electroplating and chemical products.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Versatile, autonomous, available, and proactive profile.
- Excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in French and German, with proficiency in English preferred.
- Possession of an OIBT authorization art. 15 or 15.4 is an advantage.
Skills
Experience
Extensive experience in industrial maintenance, particularly within the electroplating sector.
Education
CFC as a mechanic-electrician or automation technician.
