Rolex SA seeks a Maintenance Technician in Fribourg, Switzerland to manage corrective and preventive maintenance of production equipment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive corrective maintenance analysis and prepare intervention protocols for production and logistics equipment
- Execute maintenance interventions with precision while adhering to safety protocols and applicable industry standards
- Manage procurement orders and maintain strategic supplier relationships to ensure equipment availability and cost-efficiency
- Conduct preventive maintenance activities and develop equipment reliability solutions to minimize unplanned downtime
- Collaborate across internal departments to optimize equipment performance and strengthen maintenance process responsiveness and reliability
- Document all maintenance activities, generate intervention reports, and update work orders in real time
Qualifications
- Technician ES qualification in industrial systems or microtechnics or equivalent
- Demonstrated expertise in automation and numerical controls (Fanuc, Siemens, or similar platforms)
- Proficiency in electrotechnics and mechanical engineering
- Advanced command of standard office software and proven knowledge of SAP ERP and industrial informatics
- Methodical and rigorous approach with strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
- Excellent team collaboration skills with responsive communication abilities

Experience
Experience in corrective and preventive maintenance within industrial manufacturing or logistics environments, with demonstrated proficiency in multi-disciplinary equipment maintenance spanning mechanical, electrical, and automated systems.
Education
Technician ES (higher specialised education) in industrial systems or microtechnics, or equivalent professional qualification.
