Rolex seeks Machining Engineer in Geneva, Switzerland. Drive innovation in watchmaking production and manufacturing processes with our Production team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define machining engineering vision in collaboration with management and technical stakeholders
  • Contribute technical expertise to new product development projects
  • Lead continuous improvement projects within manufacturing processes
  • Support production teams in resolving daily operational challenges and process deviations
  • Monitor technological advances and innovation within machining and related disciplines
  • Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders regarding operational activities

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (Master's or equivalent) in engineering or related field
  • Professional experience in watchmaking or horology manufacturing
  • Demonstrated expertise in machining processes within a horological environment
  • Familiarity with related dial production disciplines (surface finishing, adhesive assembly, cleaning, degreasing) is advantageous
  • Strong analytical and synthetic thinking abilities
  • Natural leadership with pedagogical capability to motivate and unite teams

Experience
