Role & Responsibilities
- Define machining expertise and technical vision in collaboration with management and technical stakeholders
- Provide specialized technical expertise for new product development projects
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization programs
- Support production teams in resolving daily operational challenges and addressing process deviations
- Maintain technological surveillance and awareness within machining and related manufacturing disciplines
