Rolex seeks a Machinery Fleet and Supplier Coordinator in Bienne to manage Precitrame fleet performance and vendor relations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate priority initiatives related to the Precitrame machinery fleet and oversee overall fleet status, risks, priorities, and action plans
  • Represent the production sector to the Precitrame supplier and ensure seamless coordination of all exchanges and communications
  • Participate in steering committees comprising Procurement, the supplier, Production, and relevant support services
  • Prepare, animate, and monitor steering committee meetings; formalise decisions and track reciprocal commitments with disciplined follow-up
  • Centralise and analyse information regarding machinery performance, availability, downtimes, incidents, interventions, and ongoing actions
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, key performance indicators, and reporting tools linked to the machinery fleet
  • Represent sector needs, constraints, and priorities during supplier interactions and negotiations
  • Provide reliable and regular reporting to management and operational teams
  • Animate internal tracking meetings and ensure effective information dissemination across stakeholders
  • Identify recurring dysfunctions, contribute to root cause analysis, and coordinate corrective action initiatives
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal departments and external partners

Qualifications

  • Technical vocational certification (CFC), ideally in polymechanics, mechanical engineering, automation, or industrial maintenance
  • Higher technical education preferred—technician-level diploma (ES) or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience in industrial production environments and complex machinery fleet management
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate technical projects involving multiple departments and external suppliers
  • Proficiency in office software, particularly Excel, with capability to develop bespoke dashboards and reporting tools
  • Strong organisational skills, rigour, and reliability in tracking commitments and deliverables
