Rolex seeks a Machine Park and Supplier Coordinator in Bienne, Switzerland to manage Precitrame fleet performance and supplier relations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate priority initiatives related to the Precitrame machine park
- Represent the production sector to the Precitrame supplier and ensure coherent communication
- Maintain comprehensive visibility of fleet status, risks, priorities, and action plans
- Participate in steering committees comprising Procurement, supplier representatives, Production, and support services
- Deliver reliable and regular reporting to team members and management
- Facilitate seamless communication between internal and external stakeholders
- Centralize and analyze machine-related data including availability, downtime, incidents, interventions, and ongoing actions
- Prepare, chair, and monitor steering committee meetings with Procurement, Precitrame, Production, and support teams
- Represent sector requirements, constraints, and priorities during supplier negotiations and discussions
- Formalize decisions, track reciprocal commitments, and ensure timely action follow-up
- Develop and update dashboards, performance indicators, and machine park reporting
- Lead internal review meetings and ensure consistent information distribution
- Identify recurring malfunctions, contribute to root cause analysis, and coordinate corrective actions
Qualifications
- Technical apprenticeship (CFC) or equivalent, ideally in polymechanics, mechanics, automation, or industrial maintenance
- Higher technical education appreciated (technician-level diploma ES or equivalent)
- Confirmed experience in an industrial production environment
- Demonstrated understanding of production environments and industrial machine parks
- Ability to coordinate technical initiatives involving multiple departments and external suppliers
- Proficiency in preparing and facilitating meetings, formalizing decisions, and driving action plans
- Capacity to structure and analyze technical and operational information
- Mastery of office software, particularly Excel, and ability to create performance dashboards
- Rigor, organization, and dependability in commitment tracking
- Strong communication skills, diplomatic approach, and professional presentation ability
- Synthesizing mindset with clarity in articulating priorities and operational challenges
- Proactive, dynamic orientation with a solutions-focused mindset

Education
Technical apprenticeship (CFC) in polymechanics, mechanics, automation, or industrial maintenance required. Higher technical education (technician-level diploma ES or equivalent) is appreciated.
