Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for high-value watch movements and finished goods, including inbound receipt, internal transfers and outbound shipments.
- Manage relationships with freight forwarders, carriers and customs brokers to ensure timely, compliant transit across jurisdictions.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, export declarations, ATA carnets where applicable) and ensure accurate customs classification.
- Oversee inventory control processes, cycle counts and reconciliations to maintain integrity of stock records and support manufacturing/retail demand.
- Monitor transportation and warehouse KPIs (OTD, lead times, inventory accuracy) and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with production planning, procurement and retail distribution teams to prioritise shipments and resolve logistics exceptions.
- Ensure adherence to security protocols and specialised handling procedures for high‑value and delicate articles.
- Contribute to process optimisation projects and participate in ERP/WMS configuration, testing and rollouts.
Qualifications
- Professional proficiency in French and English to communicate with local teams and international partners.
- Strong working knowledge of international shipping and customs procedures, including Incoterms.
- Proven ability to manage third‑party logistics providers and negotiate transport solutions for time‑sensitive consignments.
- Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated capacity to work under pressure and prioritise competing operational requirements while maintaining quality.

Experience
Typically 3+ years of progressive experience in logistics, transport or supply‑chain coordination, ideally within luxury goods, horology, jewellery or other sectors handling high‑value merchandise.
Education
Degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain management, international trade, business administration or equivalent professional experience.
