1. Provide close service collaboration with internal and external partners.
2. Enhance networked expertise within the maintenance sector by leveraging existing technical skills.
3. Analyze, document, and secure maintenance requests, ensuring reliability and modifications for clients.
4. Plan and manage maintenance activities, including budgeting through SAP - PPM.
5. Lead meetings with suppliers and stakeholders.
6. Extract and gather pertinent information from all relevant parties.

1. HES or EPFL engineering degree with experience in logistics, or ES technician with five years of relevant experience.
2. Proven experience with automatic stock systems and their specificities.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance activities and experience in the field.
4. Ability to coordinate a multidisciplinary team and rely on technical respondents.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Team spirit, attentive, sociable, and approachable; excellent communication skills.
3. Analytical mindset, technical curiosity, proactive and autonomous.
4. Fluency in French and English.

A minimum of five years of experience in a similar logistics or maintenance role is required.

HES or EPFL engineering degree or ES technician certification.
