Rolex is hiring a Logistics Product Owner in Geneva. Lead WMS/ERP product roadmap and delivery for logistics and distribution operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product vision, roadmap and backlog for logistics and distribution systems (WMS/ERP-related solutions) in alignment with supply-chain strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders — operations, manufacturing, distribution, IT and external vendors — to translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritise and groom the backlog to maximise operational value, ensure timely delivery and manage releases with Agile teams.
  • Drive requirement analysis, solution design and testing for integrations (APIs) between warehouse systems, ERP and ancillary platforms.
  • Monitor operational KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimise inventory flows, throughput and fulfilment accuracy.
  • Coordinate UAT, rollout planning, training and change management activities with operational teams to ensure adoption and minimal disruption.
  • Manage third-party suppliers and implementation partners, ensuring contractual SLAs and delivery quality are met.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a product owner, product manager or senior business analyst within logistics, distribution or supply-chain environments.
  • Demonstrable track record of delivering WMS/ERP projects or enhancements, including requirement definition, user acceptance testing and go‑live support.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to influence senior operational and IT stakeholders.
  • Solid analytical skills with experience defining and tracking operational KPIs and translating data into actionable priorities.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and implementation partners; familiarity with testing and release governance.
  • Professional familiarity with Agile frameworks and backlog management practices.
