About Rolex

Rolex is a world-renowned Swiss watchmaker recognised for precision engineering, in-house manufacturing and enduring craftsmanship. The company maintains a discreet, performance-driven culture that emphasises technical excellence, long-term career development and rigorous quality standards.

Rolex in Geneva seeks a Logistics Product Owner (CDM) on a fixed-term contract to lead LES developments, prioritise the backlog and coordinate logistics stakeholders.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide functional expertise for the L.E.S. (Logistic Execution System) to analyse internal client needs and define the optimal functional response (configuration, existing features, process adaptations or functional evolutions).
  • Translate business requirements into detailed, actionable specifications for functional and architecture teams to obtain precise scoping and clarify technical dependencies.
  • Maintain and prioritise the L.E.S. product backlog according to operational value, field constraints and risk (activity peaks, operational risks, dependencies).
  • Coordinate and facilitate cross‑functional stakeholder forums (Industrialisation & Logistics Methods, IT, Management) to align objectives, priorities and trade-offs; provide regular visibility on progress, impacts and decisions with appropriate levels of detail.
  • Ensure overall functional coherence of the L.E.S. solution and reduce recurring friction through targeted improvements (screen simplification, standardisation of practices); collaborate with Application Support to produce operational guidance, documentation and handover materials.
  • Challenge requests against operational value, simplicity of operation and on‑the‑ground impact to ensure pragmatic, sustainable solutions.

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree in supply chain/logistics or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience in a logistics environment (methods, operations, continuous improvement, process/tool deployment) with ideally an IT-related component.
  • Strong stakeholder coordination and facilitation skills: ability to animate cross‑functional groups, communicate clearly and foster collective alignment.
  • Ability to reason from operational constraints to propose solutions and to prioritise by value and risk.
  • Familiarity with iterative ways of working (Agile / short cycles) and backlog governance.
