Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily inbound and outbound logistics for high-value timepieces, ensuring secure handling and accurate documentation.
- Manage and reconcile inventory levels across production, warehouses and retail channels to maintain traceability and stock integrity.
- Prepare and control shipping documentation, including customs declarations, Incoterms application and export/import compliance.
- Liaise with carriers, forwarders, suppliers and internal production/retail teams to optimise lead times and cost-efficiency.
- Operate and maintain warehouse management systems and ERP transactions to ensure cycle counts, stock movements and audits are accurate.
- Monitor and report logistics KPIs (delivery performance, inventory accuracy, transportation costs) and propose continuous-improvement initiatives.
- Implement and enforce security, quality-control and handling procedures specific to high-value goods.
- Support ad hoc projects such as network optimisation, vendor qualification and process standardisation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in logistics, supply chain, business administration or related discipline.
- Proven experience in logistics, inventory control or warehouse operations (typically 3+ years), ideally within luxury goods or other high-value industries.
- Working knowledge of customs procedures, Incoterms and international transport documentation.
- Strong analytical skills with experience producing KPI reports and managing inventory reconciliations.
- Ability to work with confidential, high-value merchandise and to follow strict security procedures.
- Professional communication skills and the capacity to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.

Experience
Typically 3+ years of progressive experience in logistics, warehousing or supply chain operations, with demonstrable exposure to international shipping, customs and high-value product handling; experience in luxury goods or watchmaking is highly desirable.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or equivalent professional experience.
