Rolex Logistics Manager in Geneva, leading product logistics operations, team performance and the flow of products and resources.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead a logistics team, communicate overall direction and set individual objectives.
  • Support and guide team members in achieving their objectives and developing their skills.
  • Manage the entity’s performance by using and developing management and reporting tools to achieve set targets.
  • Ensure staff capacity matches workload while taking internal clients’ requirements into account.
  • Ensure the receipt, preparation and dispatch of products and resources for internal clients.

Qualifications

  • HES engineering degree, Federal Diploma in Logistics, EPF degree or equivalent.
  • Five years of confirmed management experience.
  • Knowledge of logistics flows and production management.
  • Proficiency in managing SAP data and work-in-progress monitoring tools.
  • Natural leadership, listening skills and empathy.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop working relationships based on high standards, trust and consideration.
  • Proactive approach and autonomy in decision-making.
