Rolex in Geneva is hiring a Logistics Manager to lead inventory, SAP systems and logistics for the maison.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan, organise and oversee all logistics activities to ensure timely fulfilment of operational objectives.
  • Manage workload, priorities, resources and means to optimise throughput and service levels.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to satisfy stock users and maintain clear communications.
  • Ensure the reliability and integrity of computerized systems and inventory management processes.
  • Analyse and resolve stock anomalies and discrepancies, implementing corrective actions.
  • Plan, lead and validate inventory operations and cycle counts.
  • Enforce procedures and controls relating to the handling, storage and movement of precious materials.
  • Contribute to, monitor and sustain continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics function.

Qualifications

  • Higher education degree in logistics, supply chain, engineering or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency with SAP, Flexnet and BI tools; comfortable with standard office software.
  • Proven competence in stock control, inventories and automated inventory systems.
  • Knowledge of production planning and scheduling principles.
  • Ability to manage an area of activity autonomously while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills, good prioritisation and analytical capabilities.
  • Team-oriented, adaptable and aligned with the maison’s values.
