Role & Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate daily production objectives in collaboration with service team members and external partners, ensuring optimal workload distribution.
- Lead initiatives to manage work-in-progress, delays, or early deliveries to meet deadlines.
- Conduct incident resolution activities based on daily contingencies.
- Ensure compliance with regulations regarding the management of precious materials.
- Manage and optimize computerized systems and inventory management.
- Contribute to the definition and monitoring of continuous improvement plans, fostering a culture of progress and supporting team autonomy and accountability.
- Ensure effective internal and external communication within the service.
Qualifications
- Federal diploma in logistics or equivalent degree in production and/or logistics management.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in logistics.
