Rolex is seeking a Logistics Manager in Geneva, Switzerland, to optimize chemical product management and dangerous goods transport. Join a prestigious brand known for excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and update chemical product data in SAP as a Key User.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance related to the storage, transport, and handling of chemical products and waste.
  • Oversee stock management and conduct meticulous inventory tracking.
  • Monitor performance indicators and continuous improvement plans, proposing concrete solutions for process optimization.
  • Serve as Safety Advisor for the transport of dangerous goods (OCS, IATA).
  • Provide operational support and replacements across various service roles, including logistics management of docks, stock, order preparation, deliveries, and transport organization.
  • Handle special waste management, including classification, preparation, disposal (OMoD), record-keeping, and invoice processing.

Qualifications

  • Federal diploma or CFC in logistics with 3 years of experience or equivalent competencies.
  • Category B driving license required.
  • Additional assets: Safety Advisor training for dangerous goods transport (ADR, OCS, IATA), forklift license, ADR/SDR license.

Skills

Proven experience in logistics management, ideally in environments involving chemical products and/or hazardous waste. Knowledge of chemistry: understanding of SDS data, hazard identification, and chemical risk management. Proficiency with standard office software (Excel, Word, Outlook) and SAP. Strong affinity for working in multidisciplinary teams and collective projects; ability to lead and unify teams.

Experience

Demonstrated expertise in logistics management, particularly in handling chemical products and hazardous waste.

Education

Federal diploma or CFC in logistics or equivalent.
