Rolex seeks a Logistics Data Project Manager in Geneva to lead data-driven logistics transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead development, deployment, and continuous improvement of data solutions for logistics activities
- Gather, validate, and structure business requirements to identify high-value use cases aligned with logistics priorities
- Establish and maintain the strategic vision for data solutions, build and manage evolving roadmaps consistent with logistics objectives
- Govern stakeholder engagement with internal business leaders and clients to align strategic direction and facilitate decision-making
- Communicate initiatives and solutions to ensure visibility, understanding, and organizational adoption
- Prioritize proposed solutions and projects, coordinate implementation across relevant departments, and oversee successful realization
- Analyze deployed tools and data outputs to assess logistics performance, identify optimization opportunities, and drive continuous improvement
- Promote best practices related to data management, business intelligence tools, and continuous improvement culture across logistics functions
Qualifications
- Engineering degree (EPF or equivalent qualification)
- Proven success managing projects within industrial environments
- Strong interest in data, business intelligence tools, analytics, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience or demonstrated familiarity with data visualization, data modeling, or programming technologies (considered advantageous)
- Excellent organizational and planning capabilities
- Autonomous work ethic and high attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to align and motivate diverse stakeholders
- Clear and effective communication abilities
- Proactive, dynamic approach with collaborative team orientation

Experience
