Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate cross-functional activities with internal departments and external service providers.
  • Analyze and evaluate cross-functional processes and logistics flows.
  • Supervise cost, time, and quality optimization action plans.
  • Prepare reports and documentation.
  • Train and support internal and external partners.
  • Manage access rights for IT tools.
  • Provide Level 3 helpdesk support.
  • Lead, initiate, and contribute to departmental or partner projects.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in logistics or equivalent.

Skills

Proficiency in SAP and other IT interfaces (ERP, SAP, BI/TABLEAU, FLEXNET, Office Suite). Strong knowledge of supply chain management and management tools. Ability to master cross-functional flows and procedures. Analytical and synthesis skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Respectful of company rules and values. Leadership, team-building, and pedagogical skills. Customer service orientation and responsibility. Autonomy and proactivity. Flexibility and adaptability. Organizational and methodical skills.

Experience

Experience in logistics operations within an industrial setting is advantageous.

Education

Advanced degree in logistics or equivalent.
