Rolex in Geneva seeks a Logistics Associate (Employé logistique) to manage inventory, shipping and WMS operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and record incoming shipments; verify quantities and condition against documentation and purchase orders.
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliations and maintenance of traceability records for high‑value items.
- Prepare, pack and dispatch outgoing shipments in compliance with company security protocols and carrier requirements.
- Operate warehouse equipment and RF scanning devices to update the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ERP in real time.
- Maintain meticulous documentation for customs, export/import and internal audits; support traceability and compliance processes.
- Collaborate with carriers, internal departments (production, quality, retail) and security to coordinate timely movements and mitigate risks.
- Adhere to stringent confidentiality, security and anti‑theft procedures specific to handling luxury timepieces.
Qualifications
- Secondary education certificate or vocational diploma in logistics, supply chain or equivalent technical field.
- Professional certificate or authorization for forklift operation preferable (facility‑specific qualification may apply).
- Basic familiarity with warehouse/stock procedures and inventory control best practices.
- High degree of accuracy, discretion and reliability when handling high‑value goods.
- Good physical fitness and ability to lift and move stock safely according to company guidelines.

Experience
1–3 years of hands‑on experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably within luxury goods, high‑value manufacturing or precision assembly contexts. Experience using WMS/ERP systems and performing stock reconciliations is expected.
Education
Secondary school diploma or vocational certification in logistics, supply chain, or equivalent technical qualification.
