Rolex in Geneva seeks a Logistics Apprentice (CFC) for an apprenticeship in supply‑chain and warehouse operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily warehouse operations including goods receiving, inspection and accurate put-away
- Pick, pack and prepare customer orders in compliance with quality and packaging standards
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock counts and cycle counting procedures
- Operate and assist with standard warehouse equipment following safety protocols (e.g., pallet trucks, lifting aids)
- Ensure correct labelling, documentation and traceability of inventory within the ERP/WMS
- Collaborate with logistics, production and quality teams to prioritise shipments and resolve discrepancies
- Complete the vocational training curriculum, practical assignments and assessments required for the CFC
Qualifications
- Completed compulsory schooling (minimum); eligible to enrol in a Swiss CFC apprenticeship programme
- Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity and commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Good basic numeracy and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Reliable, punctual and capable of working in a team-oriented environment
- Willingness to learn, adapt to production schedules and comply with strict safety and confidentiality standards
