Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop and industrialize LIGA (microfabrication) process flows for high‑precision watch components.
- Define process parameters, run DOE campaigns and implement SPC to stabilise yield and part quality.
- Troubleshoot production issues through root‑cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
- Collaborate with R&D, quality, metrology and production teams to transfer processes from laboratory to series manufacturing.
- Specify and qualify equipment, materials and external suppliers; manage technical supplier relationships.
- Draft and maintain technical documentation: process sheets, work instructions, validation records and change controls.
- Train and coach production technicians and operators on process execution and cleanroom best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise throughput, cost and reproducibility.
Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Microtechnology or a closely related discipline.
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience in microfabrication, precision manufacturing or process development (LIGA, lithography or equivalent preferred).
- Demonstrable experience with DOE, SPC and process validation methodologies.
- Strong ability to interpret metrology data and apply corrective actions to meet tight tolerances.
- Operational experience in cleanroom environments and familiarity with contamination control protocols.
- Fluent French and professional working knowledge of English are advantageous.

Mid‑level engineering professional with at least three years in microfabrication or precision manufacturing process development, ideally with direct exposure to LIGA or advanced lithography techniques and series production transfers.
Education
Master's degree (MSc, MEng or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Microtechnology, Nanotechnology or related field.
