Role & Responsibilities
- Rotate through cross-functional assignments across production, quality control, logistics and operational planning to gain end-to-end exposure to watch manufacturing.
- Lead and deliver small-scale projects that improve process efficiency, product quality or operational throughput under senior supervision.
- Apply continuous improvement methodologies (Lean principles) to identify waste, implement countermeasures and track results.
- Collaborate with engineering, supply-chain and quality teams to support day-to-day operations and troubleshoot production issues.
- Prepare concise operational reports and presentations for senior stakeholders; translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Support compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements, maintaining strict documentation and traceability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Watchmaking/Precision Mechanics or a related discipline.
- Recent graduate or up to two years' professional experience, including internships or industrial placements in manufacturing, operations or supply-chain environments.
- Strong analytical capability with demonstrable experience in project work or process-improvement initiatives.
- Professional proficiency in English; working knowledge of French is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, evidence of teamwork and the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
