Rolex in Geneva is hiring a Junior Business Analyst, Planning Solutions to support planning systems, data analysis and stakeholder implementation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements from planning stakeholders (demand, supply, production and inventory teams).
- Translate requirements into functional specifications and configuration instructions for planning systems and ERP modules.
- Support design, configuration and continuous improvement of planning solutions (including master data, demand planning, supply planning and S&OP flows).
- Develop and maintain reporting, KPIs and dashboards to monitor planning performance and data quality.
- Prepare and execute test plans, perform UAT and log/track defects through resolution.
- Collaborate with IT, external vendors and cross-functional process owners during implementations and upgrades.
- Provide end-user support, training materials and knowledge transfer to operational teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or a closely related discipline.
- Solid analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with attention to data accuracy and process detail.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to work with cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
- Familiarity with ERP/business planning implementation lifecycles and testing methodologies.

Experience
Junior-level profile with approximately 1–3 years' professional experience in supply chain planning, demand & supply planning, ERP/planning solutions implementation or a related IT-business analyst role within manufacturing or luxury goods.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
