Rolex is hiring a Junior Business Analyst — Planning Solutions in Geneva. Support planning processes and APS tools within the IT Systems division.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support configuration, testing, validation and production support activities for planning solutions.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and ensure clear handover to solution-build teams.
- Partner with the solution team to perform functional analysis and assist with user acceptance testing.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies with the Scrum Master and Product Owner to ensure alignment of configuration workstreams.
- Drive data‑quality initiatives, optimise lead‑time processing and anticipate future planning needs to improve overall planning performance.
Qualifications
- University degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering (EPF) or equivalent.
- Foundational knowledge of supply chain and planning processes (S&OP, demand planning).
- Basic project management training or academic project experience.
- Awareness of advanced planning systems (APS) and enthusiasm to learn enterprise planning tools.
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative mindset and progressive autonomy.
- Fluency in French and English (C2/C1 level preferred).

Experience
Early‑career profile; academic coursework, internships or project experience in supply chain, planning processes or ERP/APS implementations preferred. No extensive professional experience required—focus on demonstrated analytical ability and eagerness to learn.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering or equivalent (engineering degree such as EPF considered an asset).
