Role & Responsibilities
- Create jewellery and jewellery components for watches according to Maison standards.
- Restore unique pieces with meticulous care, preserving original aesthetics.
- Repair and service components including watch bracelets, case (carrure), bezel (lunette) and caseback (fond).
- Perform adjustment, refurbishment and finishing tasks on various watch jewellery elements.
- Ensure a consistently high level of execution in strict compliance with brand quality standards.
- Track repair progress and meet agreed delivery deadlines for after‑sales work.
Qualifications
- Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) in Jeweller / Goldsmith (bijoutier‑joaillier) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 10 years' proven experience in jewellery and goldsmithing, ideally within an After‑Sales or service environment.
- Solid expertise in the properties and working of precious metals and gemstones.
- Recognised competence in chain‑making techniques.
- Proficiency in engraving and stone‑setting is a major asset.
- Autonomous, precise and accountable with a strong commitment to quality.
- Collaborative team spirit and pride in well‑executed workmanship.
Skills
Experience
At least 10 years of hands‑on experience in jewellery and goldsmith work, with prior responsibility for restoration and repair; experience in an After‑Sales Service environment is strongly preferred.
Education
Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) in Jeweller / Goldsmith (bijoutier‑joaillier) or equivalent vocational qualification.
