Role & Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and connect hardware, applications, and software infrastructure components
- Perform routine maintenance of IT systems and networks
- Conduct preliminary technical problem analysis and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with specialized technicians to diagnose and resolve system failures
- Provide technical assistance and support to end users
- Document system configurations and maintenance activities
Qualifications
- Completion of compulsory education or equivalent secondary qualification
