Rolex IT Services Desk Analyst Intern in Bienne, Switzerland. Conduct organizational assessment and develop evolution scenarios for a unified Services Desk model.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze the current organization of the Services Desk, including existing tools, processes, and service access pathways
- Identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities for operational improvement
- Survey ongoing projects and initiatives that could impact Services Desk evolution
- Develop two to three evolution scenarios and assess their impacts, benefits, and feasibility within a global context
- Contribute to the definition of a comprehensive transformation roadmap
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Management, or equivalent discipline
- Minimum 3 months full-time availability starting September 2026 or as mutually agreed
- Strong analytical capabilities and excellent synthesis skills
- Rigorous, methodical approach with demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Autonomous, proactive, and collaborative team orientation
