Role & Responsibilities
- Install, configure and connect hardware, applications and software that comprise the company’s IT infrastructure.
- Perform routine maintenance and ensure the functional integrity of IT installations.
- Troubleshoot incidents, carry out a first-level analysis and escalate or collaborate with specialised teams to implement solutions.
- Provide user assistance and support to internal stakeholders, including on-site helpdesk tasks.
- Follow the formal apprenticeship programme under the supervision of experienced trainers and complete practical assignments and assessments.
Qualifications
- Motivated candidate seeking a vocational apprenticeship in IT (apprentissage / CFC).
- Demonstrated team spirit and strong interpersonal skills.
- Capacity for concentration and ability to adapt to evolving technologies.
- Practical, logical and methodical approach to technical tasks.
