Rolex seeks an IT Communications Manager to design and deploy the information systems division's comprehensive communication strategy, plans, and materials. The role encompasses coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, managing editorial and graphic consistency, measuring campaign effectiveness, and ensuring alignment with divisional objectives and brand guidelines.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define, pilot, and ensure implementation of the information systems division's communication strategy and plan in alignment with divisional objectives and editorial guidelines
- Guarantee consistency, quality, and compliance of all IT division communications with established editorial and graphic standards
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders involved in communication initiatives
- Ensure relevance of communication solutions to address IT teams' and project requirements
- Evaluate effectiveness of communication campaigns and recommend necessary improvements
- Prepare, organize, and facilitate editorial committee meetings in collaboration with the service head
- Design, update, and monitor the communication plan including objectives, messaging, targets, channels, formats, editorial guidelines, and calendar
- Collect and analyze communication requests; define appropriate solutions and draft associated briefs
- Coordinate contributions from internal teams and external partners including business units, designers, and communication agencies
- Conceive, write, produce, and update communication materials and publications
- Track key performance indicators of communication initiatives, analyze results, and formulate optimization recommendations
- Control application of editorial and graphic standards across all communications output
Qualifications
- University degree or advanced specialization in communication and marketing
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in communication and marketing, with expertise in internal communications ideally within the IT sector
- Advanced proficiency in French (written and spoken) and strong command of English
- Advanced proficiency in office productivity tools, particularly PowerPoint and Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and Figma considered advantageous
