Rolex Internship in Bienne: Special Cutting Tool Development—FEM and experimental studies for precision horology manufacturing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop a numerical FEM model to investigate chip control mechanisms
- Evaluate the technical feasibility of experimental trials
- Validate and refine the model based on experimental results
- Prepare a comprehensive technical synthesis report
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Mechanics, Materials Science, Physics, or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency with finite element simulation software
- Pragmatic and realistic approach to problem-solving
