Role & Responsibilities
- Inventory all watch audit testing protocols currently conducted within the quality department
- Analyze documented client expectations that have been previously identified and structured by the organisation
- Develop a correspondence matrix linking client expectations to audit testing procedures to assess their coverage level
- Identify coverage gaps, redundancies, and areas requiring clarification within the testing framework
- Synthesize findings and recommend improvements to the audit test plan
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed training in micro-engineering, quality assurance, or equivalent discipline
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for matrix development and PowerPoint for presentations
- Demonstrated ability to read, analyse, and structure technical and quality documentation
- Rigorous analytical thinking combined with intellectual curiosity and self-direction
- Knowledge of horology or watch manufacturing is desirable
