Rolex in Geneva is seeking an intern for an Operational Time Study role. Ideal for Master's students in MTE or Management with analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office, PowerQuery, Power BI, and Tableau Desktop.
Role & Responsibilities
- Draft a comparative synthesis between the state of the art (literature review) and internal practices.
- Analyze the consistency of time management across various Geneva sites.
- Review and adjust the calculations of the Time Impact Report (RIT).
- Examine and refine the calculations and objectives of Production Time (TP) in relation to performance metrics.
- Revise the phase study document.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in MTE or Management.
- Proficiency in computer tools: MS Office, PowerQuery, Power BI, and Tableau Desktop.
- Previous experience in production logistics and/or industrial management is a significant advantage.
- Meticulous, precise, and autonomous.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Interest in production professions and proactive in proposing improvements.
