Rolex is recruiting an Internal Communications Intern in Geneva to design and deploy a cross-divisional communication strategy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Diagnose internal communication needs through qualitative and/or quantitative stakeholder research
- Facilitate and coordinate an interdepartmental communication network and exchange management
- Develop and validate a prioritized action plan in collaboration with the network and mentor
- Deploy communication initiatives and gather stakeholder feedback
- Document the complete project methodology and produce a sustainability toolkit for annual rollout
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaborative tools (Teams, SharePoint or equivalent)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to conduct research, analyze data, and develop structured, prioritized action plans
- Strong autonomy, interpersonal skills, and active listening abilities
Skills
Experience
Experience with internal communications projects, cross-functional stakeholder engagement, or organizational research is advantageous. Familiarity with manufacturing or luxury manufacturing environments is valued.
Education
Master's degree (or current Master's studies) in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or equivalent discipline.
