Rolex seeks an intern in Geneva to support coordination, network facilitation, and data expertise within the Procurement, Support & Infrastructure division.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze, structure, and synthesize collected information to produce polished restitution materials
- Support the facilitation of meetings and contribute to the preparation of steering committee and executive board documentation
- Complete process documentation and identify key stakeholders in the data processing chain
- Conduct interviews with stakeholders to gather practices, requirements, and existing workflows
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Business Analytics, Project Management, or Information Systems, or equivalent
- Proficiency in office software, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to structure, analyze, and synthesize complex information
- Strong interpersonal and interview facilitation skills
- Attention to detail, organizational acumen, proactivity, and independence
