Role & Responsibilities

  • Map current stamping (étampage) workflows and identify skill gaps and training priorities across production lines.
  • Design a modular training curriculum combining theoretical knowledge, practical workshops and assessment criteria for stamping operations.
  • Produce instructional materials: step-by-step work instructions, SOPs, technical manuals, visual aids and e-learning content.
  • Collaborate with production engineers, master stampers, quality assurance and HR to validate technical accuracy and learning objectives.
  • Pilot and facilitate training sessions on the shop floor, collect learner feedback and iterate course content accordingly.
  • Define competency frameworks and objective evaluation metrics to monitor skill acquisition and sustainment.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, watchmaking/horology, instructional design, human resources or a closely related discipline.
  • Strong interest in precision manufacturing and metal forming/stamping processes; prior exposure to shop-floor operations preferred.
  • Ability to translate technical, hands-on processes into clear, pedagogically sound training sequences and documentation.
