Role & Responsibilities
- Carry out an immersion to structure and define the project scope, objectives and key performance indicators for stamping training modules.
- Conduct interviews and needs-analysis sessions with production teams and stakeholders to prioritise training requirements.
- Design pedagogically sound training solutions aligned with identified needs, including curricula, learning pathways and assessment criteria.
- Develop and deploy training materials and supports using appropriate instructional tools and formats for shop-floor delivery.
- Collect and analyse participant feedback, iterating on module content and delivery to continuously improve effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s programme in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or an equivalent field.
- Solid understanding of process engineering and project management principles.
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities with a methodical, evidence-based approach.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity and active listening.
- Aptitude for pedagogy and the ability to communicate technical content clearly.
- Adaptability to a manufacturing environment and collaborative team settings.

Experience
Designed for a Master’s-level student; no specific prior professional experience is required, though prior project work or internships in process engineering, manufacturing operations or training design is advantageous.
Education
Enrolment in a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or equivalent.
