Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyse current preparation-prioritization rules and operational flows within the L.E.S. (Logistics Execution System) project scope.
  • Define and quantify prioritization KPIs and acceptance criteria in collaboration with supply-chain and IT stakeholders.
  • Design, simulate and validate rule-based or algorithmic prioritization scenarios using historical data.
  • Prepare test plans, run pilots within a controlled environment and measure impact on throughput, lead times and service levels.
  • Document proposed changes, produce implementation specifications and liaise with LES technical teams for deployment.
  • Train operational users on new prioritization logic and produce user guides and quick-reference materials.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior operations and project sponsors, including data visualisations and cost/benefit analyses.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Data Science or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in data extraction, manipulation and quantitative analysis.
  • Practical knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) or equivalent operational frameworks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English to interact with cross‑functional teams.
  • Demonstrable ability to translate operational problems into technical requirements and testable hypotheses.
