Rolex seeks an intern in Geneva to develop an industrial vision training module for the Production division. Microtechnics or Physics Master's student required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assess training requirements across production teams and identify skill gaps in industrial vision applications
- Design customized training plans tailored to different professional profiles and experience levels
- Develop comprehensive training modules and associated practical exercises for industrial vision systems
- Conduct pilot programs to test content effectiveness and gather feedback for iterative improvement
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's programme in Microtechnics, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or equivalent discipline
- Knowledge of image capture systems and foundational image processing tools
- Methodical and structured approach to work organization with demonstrated autonomy
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences; collaborative team player with proactive mindset

Experience
Currently pursuing advanced studies in a relevant technical discipline; exposure to imaging systems or technical training development preferred.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Master's degree programme in Microtechnics, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or equivalent technical field.
